Missile launcher fallout new vegas1/5/2023 ![]() Also, if this gets enough interest, I'll probably make one on Chinese weapons.Unfortunately, not all of them are very well balanced so the player ends up with a very limited selection. Thanks for reading! Of course, please tell me if you think I missed something. (Fallout, Fallout 3, Operation Anchorage DLC) Appears in: 3, NV (Fallout_3) (Fallout:_New_Vegas) It was used by power armor troopers, and probably only power armor troopers due to its size and weight making it impractical for standard infantry. It likely contains a kinetic energy storage device to knock back enemies further such as the post-war super-sledges developed by the Brotherhood of Steel. Unnamed "Super-Sledge" - a high-tech military sledge hammer made out of extremely light, dense, and durable materials. It was likely used by specialized units, and was used by paratroopers during the Battle of Anchorage. Unnamed "Trench Knife" - a trench knife with spiked knuckles and the standard military combat knife as a base, this weapon was likely made by the same creators of the other combat knife. (Fallout 3, Fallout 4) Appears in: 3, NV, 4 (Fallout_3) (Fallout: New_Vegas) (Fallout_4) The military used serrated blades, but non-serrated blades were used, as well as shadowed blades for stealthier operations. Unnamed "Combat Knife" - a simple knife used by the US military for various vutting purposes. (Fallout, Fallout 4) Appears in: 4 (Fallout_4) Thanks again for u/Shnillark for catching this! (Lonesome Road DLC) Appears in: NV Īrmy "Ripper" - this ripper, designed for use by the US army, differs from the original ripper in that it strangely is gas powered, instead of using small energy cells (SEC.) It was likely used for a close-quarters weapon and for a general cutting tool. It was likely to have been used by the US military judging by the markings and locations, or was at least being developed for military use. (Fallout 3) Appears in: 3, NV (Fallout_3) (Fallout:_New_Vegas)ĮDIT: u/Shnillark noticed I forgot the Red Glare from the Lonesome Road DLC, so here it is.Īutomatic rocket launcher "Red Glare" - an automatic rocket launcher developed in the Hopeville Missile Base, this rocket launcher holds a whopping thirteen rockets before needing to reload. It also features detailed instructions on how to operate the weapon. ![]() In Fallout 3, it has a very slight locking ability on certain metallic objects such as robots and turrets. Unnamed "Missile Launcher" - this barrel break single-shot missile launcher was used by US soldiers. The Fat Man, as well as the Flamer and 10mm SMG was famously portrayed in the Anchorage Memorial. It fires miniature nuclear bombs, or "Mini Nukes." The residual radiation caused by the Mini Nukes was useful for area denial. M42 "Fat Man" - this hand-held nuclear catapult was developed in the Fort Strong Armory in Boston to be used as portable artillery. (Operation Anchorage DLC) Appears in: 3, NV (Fallout_3) (Fallout:_New_Vegas) This large flamethrower requires a large fuel tank to use, and was used by US flamer units to clear bunkers, similar to how flamethrowers were used in WWII. Unnamed flamethower "Flamer" - not really an explosive, but I couldn't figure out where else to put it. Since a lot of people liked my US Military weapons (pre-War) post that had energy weapons and firearms, here's a part 2 with melee weapons and explosives.
